Arjan Steenbergen

Arjan Steenbergen is a seasoned Handhavingsjurist with extensive experience in environmental and regulatory law, currently employed at MB-ALL since January 2021. Previous roles include Handhavingsjurist at Gemeente Ermelo from November 2018 to December 2020, and at Omgevingsdienst Midden-Holland (ODMH) from January 2014 to October 2018, where tasks involved drafting warning letters, enforcement intentions, and enforcement decisions. Arjan has also served as Handhavingsjurist Omgevingsrecht at Gemeente Waddinxveen and worked as a Juridisch adviseur at Van Oosten Groep, providing legal advice and facilitating hearings.
