Eric Allen

Eric Allen serves as the Director of Commercial Operations at MB Kit Systems LLC since January 2020, following an acquisition, where responsibilities include overseeing sales, marketing, production, inventory, and purchasing strategies. Previously, Eric held the position of Business Development Manager at Smithers Rapra from September 2017 to May 2019, contributing to the company’s reputation as a global leader in testing and consulting services for the rubber and plastic industries. Prior experience also includes serving as the Director of Sales & Marketing and Technical Sales Manager at MB Kit Systems Inc. from June 2011 to September 2017, focusing on comprehensive account management and new business development across nearly 200 accounts. Eric Allen holds a degree in Finance, Management, Economics, and Political Science from Kent State University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
