MB Pneumatyka has spent over 20 years building pneumatic components for commercial vehicles. Based in Sulechów, Poland, as part of the MB Group, the company operates as an R&D partner for OEMs looking to improve their pneumatic layouts and secure their supply chains.

The in-house engineering team works on tight timelines. They turn around a preliminary technical analysis within 48 hours of receiving a project brief, and they deliver a completed, custom technical solution in seven days.

The core catalog focuses on three main areas. First are push-to-connect (PTC) fittings, which include straight, elbow, and multi-way fittings designed for tool-free assembly. Second are custom aluminum and plastic modular manifolds that direct air to multiple outputs. Finally, they build Pneumoboxes, which are specialized test point manifolds marked with clear, intuitive pictograms.

Production runs under strict IATF 16949 certification. The company designs these as single-piece validated units using PTC technology to eliminate leaks and installation mistakes. To survive harsh road conditions, the components undergo a rigorous validation process: they are tested to operate from minus 40°C to plus 80°C, endure 480 hours of salt spray testing under ISO 9227, and survive 300 hours of OEM-class vibration testing.

To make moving easier, the company runs an easy switch program. You can upload an existing fittings list as a PDF or CSV file, and the team will generate an exact matching conversion kit. This helps engineering teams swap parts without supply chain disruptions or selection errors.
