Tim Smith

Tim Smith is an accomplished architect currently serving as an Associate at The Marc Boutin Architectural Collaborative Inc. since October 2023, having previously held the position of Intern Architect from February 2017. Tim began a career in architecture with IBI Group as a Student - Architecture from May 2014 to December 2016, contributing to a team focused on conceptual design and digital fabrication. Prior to this, Tim garnered diverse experience as a Violin Teacher at Visionary College, Camp Director, Production Assistant at The University of British Columbia, and Research Assistant for an educational game project. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Alberta, a Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto, and additional studies in Communication and Media Studies and Visual Arts.
