David Saban

David Saban is an experienced professional in project management and procurement, currently serving as Associate Director at MBB Group and Transaction Manager for Freeway Packages at the North East Link Program since May 2022. Saban previously held the position of Senior Associate at TSA Management and Advisian, where consulting services were provided to the Department of Justice Victoria, concentrating on major procurements and project delivery. Additional roles include Strategic Procurement Advisor for the Major Transport Infrastructure Program and Program Manager at the Department of Justice, where significant savings to the Victorian State Government were achieved through effective contract management.
