Robert Fields

Robert Fields is the Executive Director of Growth at MBB Group, where they focus on providing strategic advisory services in infrastructure and the built environment. With 25 years of experience in leading growth initiatives, business optimization, and cultural transformation across various sectors, Robert has worked with both public and private clients in the Australian and APAC markets. They have held significant roles, including as Managing Director for Mace Group and Director of Commercial for the Sydney Metro program. Robert is also advancing their education with ongoing studies in Law and General Management.
