Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed service tax management and employee relations, as well as Manager Operations at Aptara Pvt Ltd, focusing on project execution and risk management. Earlier experience includes positions at Knowledge Works Global Ltd and Techbooks International Pvt Ltd, where customer engagement and process automation were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Production/Operation from the Indian Institute of Modern Management and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Simplilearn.
