Alexandre Bas

Alexandre Bas is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in system design and aerodynamics. Currently serving as Ingénieur System Design at MBDA since November 2018, Alexandre is responsible for the functional control chain, including high-level requirement breakdown, specification writing, and performance allocation. Prior roles include Ingénieur en aérodynamique, focusing on simulations and performance calculations for aerial vehicles. Alexandre's earlier experience includes a final internship at ArianeGroup, creating a mesh deformation module for integrating aeroelasticity, a research internship at École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne modeling ice structure growth in rivers, and a company internship at EIFFAGE analyzing dynamics for a new urban transport mode.
