Amanda Gandy

Amanda Gandy has extensive experience in human resources spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of HR - Business Support UK at MBDA since September 2005, Amanda has held various roles including L&D Project Manager, UK Lead for Knowledge Management, Joint Transformation and Improvement Manager, and HR Manager. Prior to joining MBDA, Amanda worked as an HR Manager at Logic Systems Management Limited, where strategy formulation and delivery were key responsibilities. Amanda began a career in recruitment at Premier Appointments from 1999 to 2001, focusing on interviewing applicants and coordinating recruitment needs with clients. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography and Environmental Management from the University of the West of England, obtained between 1995 and 1998.
