Andy Tideswell

Andy Tideswell is currently the Head of SPEAR New Business and has over 20 years of experience in project and engineering management, system specification design, verification, validation, and service introduction for various weapon systems. Previously, they served as a Programme Manager at MBDA UK, where they oversaw significant integration contracts for the Eurofighter Typhoon and other aircraft. Andy worked as a consultant at QinetiQ Australia, managing technical certification activities for numerous projects across different domains. They began their engineering studies at Sheffield Hallam University, pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
