Ansar Farook

Ansar Farook is a seasoned PMO Consultant with 24 years of experience in major financial organizations, specializing in PMO planning, analysis, change management, and resource planning. They have held various roles, including Task Manager at HBOS Plc, where they led a team through PMO activities, and Programme Planner at Computershare Loan Services, where they created and maintained the integrated programme plan. Currently, Ansar is the Lead Project Controller at MBDA, where they continue to leverage their expertise in supporting project managers and ensuring effective program governance. They hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in IT from Calderdale College.
