David Nokes

David Nokes is an experienced and driven Transfer of Technology Principal Engineer at MBDA, having held the role since 2025. Previously, they served as a Team Leader - Communication Specialist in the Royal Marines from 2013 to 2025, where they excelled in training and mentoring team members while acting as an advisor for HQ and partner organizations. David began their career as a Costs Draftsman and Negotiator at Just Costs Limited from 2011 to 2013, managing large caseloads and negotiating settlements. David holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Design Management from The University of Salford and has completed a Masters PG Credit in Culture and High Performing Teams from the University of Lincoln in 2023.
