Donna Ratcliffe has extensive experience in security and project management, beginning with roles as a Course Instructor and Platoon Sergeant in the British Army from October 2015 to November 2017. Donna served as a Security Operative while self-employed from February 2021 to September 2022. Following this, Donna worked at Babcock International Group as an Assistant Project Manager from October 2022 to October 2023.
