Elsa Barteau

Elsa Barteau is an experienced welding engineer currently employed at MBDA since March 2021, where roles include Ingénieure méthode soudage, Spécialiste soudage IWE, and Ingénieure soudage IWE, focusing on investment management and production support. Prior experiences include organizing the Forum Paris-Sud Bac+5, assisting in business outreach and communication, completing an internship at Dodo Toucan in ceramic decorative object production, and gaining practical skills in bronze machining and TIG welding during an internship at HERVÉ VAN DER STRAETEN. Elsa holds a DU in welding engineering from Polytech Nantes, an engineering degree in materials science from Polytech Paris-Saclay, a license in physics and chemistry from Paris-Sud University, and has completed a preparatory program for art trades at Ecole Boulle.
