Emma Ulmann is currently a Principal Human Factors Engineer at MBDA, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as a Senior Human Factors Engineer and a Graduate Human Factors Engineer at the same company from 2015 to 2017. Emma has also worked at BAE Systems in a Senior Human Factors Engineer role during a secondment from 2019 to 2020, and held a supervisory position at the Scottish Qualifications Authority in 2014.
