Erwin Bekaert is a CFD specialist currently working at MBDA since 2024. They previously completed a PhD and a research engineer internship at ONERA, focusing on complex flow dynamics in unstable ramjet engines and the numerical simulation of ramjet combustors, respectively. Prior to that, Erwin gained experience during an engineer internship at CORIA, where they developed panel methods for external aerodynamics. They obtained a Master's degree in Fluid Mechanics from Université de Rouen Normandie and an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from INSA Rouen Normandie.
