Filippo Farina currently serves as the Systems Engineering UK National Lead and MBSE Transformation Lead at MBDA since September 2022. Additionally, Filippo is part of Cohort 10 at the INCOSE Technical Leadership Institute, starting May 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Rolls-Royce from June 2014 to September 2022 as a Project Systems Engineer for Future Concepts and various positions in controls engineering. Filippo's career began in 2005 at Airbus as an intern and has included significant roles at Altran UK, Xype Ltd, and Stirling Dynamics. Academically, Filippo holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Cranfield University and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
