Gemma Martin

Gemma Martin is an experienced HR professional with a robust career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles within the HR sector. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Engineering and FCAS UK at MBDA since November 2013, Gemma has also held several key positions at the same company, including Head of HR for UK Business Support and International Business Partner Lead for Finance & IM, and HR Manager for International Lead Finance & IM. Prior to MBDA, Gemma worked at Gattaca as Service Delivery Manager and at Matchtech as Senior Consultant. Gemma holds a BA Hons in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Kent, earned between 2002 and 2005.
