Giles Lock

Giles Lock is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Head of Legal and Legal Adviser at MBDA UK Limited since September 2018. With a strong background in corporate M&A law, Giles previously held the position of Corporate Counsel at Cushman & Wakefield from May 2014 to March 2018 and worked as a Solicitor at Slaughter and May from September 2007 to February 2014. Early career experience includes a role as Legal Counsel Secondee at Northrop Grumman Corporation and participation in the challenging global yacht race with Samsung Ocean Racing.
