Hayden Dormer is currently a Principal Manufacturing Engineer at MBDA, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this, Hayden served as an Industrialization Engineer at Safran from 2022 to 2024 and as a Manufacturing Engineer at GKN Aerospace from 2019 to 2022. Hayden completed an apprenticeship at Hayward Tyler, where they were part of the team that reached the finals of the National Apprenticeship Competition in 2015 and led the team to the finals in 2016. They were also a finalist for The Manufacturers Apprentice of the Year in 2016.
