Jon Hood is an accomplished industrial manager with extensive experience in quality engineering and supplier management. Currently serving as the Industrial Manager for Supplied Equipments at MBDA since August 2021, Jon previously held various positions at Lockheed Martin from March 2016 to August 2021, including Associate Manager of Supplier Quality Engineering, Lead Supplier Quality Engineer, and Senior Supplier Quality Engineer. Jon’s earlier experience includes a role as Quality Engineer at Swagelok and a long tenure at Ronaldsway Aircraft Company Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed quality assurance and methods engineering. Jon holds a BEng (Hons) in Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering and multiple BTEC qualifications in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the University College Isle of Man.
