Jon Spruce is an Agile Consultant with extensive experience in facilitating Agile transformations across multiple sectors. Currently, Jon works with MBDA and BDO as an Agile Consultant, leveraging skills honed during previous roles as a Leadership Coach and Agile Coach at adidas, where Jon supported the organization's shift to a product-led approach. Prior experience includes coaching marketing teams at BT, assisting Bank of Ireland and Capital One with Agile methodologies, and contributing to significant projects for BAE Systems and Cambridge University Press & Assessment. As a founding partner of Agile Centre, Jon has been instrumental in guiding European organizations through successful Agile transitions, including a large-scale digital transformation at Lloyds Banking Group.
