Kiran Ramsaroop

Kiran Ramsaroop is an experienced professional in the defense and aerospace sectors, currently serving as Head of a UK Sparkworks Capability Area at MBDA since January 2020, leading a high-performance team to enhance military capabilities. Previously, Kiran was the UK LDEW Performance Lead at MBDA, responsible for strategizing laser performance and research. Prior roles at BAE Systems included Lead Analyst for Performance Modelling and Simulation of the Type 26 Combat System, progressing from team member to team leader. Kiran's career began at MBDA with various engineering roles, including Senior Engineer in the Joint Portfolio Team and Guidance, Control and Navigation, complemented by an academic background in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Liverpool.
