Lloyd Phillips is a Chartered Engineer and currently serves as the Head of System Performance at MBDA since 2024. Previously, Lloyd worked at Rolls-Royce from 2019, holding roles including Development Engineer, Project Engineer in Whole Engine Design, and Jet Engine Performance Engineer. Prior to that, Lloyd gained experience as a Production Engineer at Renishaw and as a Car Mechanic at Tom's Racing. Lloyd earned a First Class BEng in Mechanical Engineering with a Diploma in Industrial Studies from Loughborough University and a Distinction in MSc Engineering Design from the University of Bath.
