Małgorzata Kobylarczyk, EMBA, is an experienced manager currently serving as the General Manager for MBDA in Poland. With a robust background in the defense industry, they have previously held significant roles such as Project Manager at Pit-Radwar S.A. and Manager of International Cooperation at Military Electronic Works. Małgorzata has demonstrated strong operational skills, successfully managing teams and strategic projects, and fostering business relationships in both domestic and international markets. They hold an Engineer's degree in Mechanics and Machine Design and an Executive Master of Business Administration, alongside currently pursuing a Master's degree in National Security.
