Mark Stephens is currently the Head of Solutions WSSE at MBDA, where they leverage extensive experience in customer-centric environments to recruit top engineering talent. Prior to this role, they served as an HR Advisor in resourcing for engineering and as Regional Operations Manager at Maplin Electronics from 1998 to 2017. Mark’s educational background includes studies at St Brendan's Sixth Form College from 1989 to 1991. Outside of work, they enjoy family time with their son and two dogs, and they have a passion for exploring technology and engineering challenges.
