Matthew Deere

Matthew Deere is currently a Principal Trials & Analysis Engineer at MBDA. Prior to this role, they served as a Research Engineer at BRE, focusing on digital validation and non-destructive evaluation techniques, and have held various research and project leadership positions at Brunel University London and TWI. Matthew's earlier experience includes being an Aftersales Supervisor at Hamleys of London, where they managed multiple departments and received recognition for outstanding service. They hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Non-Destructive Testing, as well as a Master’s in Advanced Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen Mary University of London.
