Michael Lloyd has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as Group Head of Treasury Operations at MBDA since June 2013, where responsibilities include managing trade finance activities and coordinating financing proposals. Prior roles at MBDA include Sales Finance Manager and Bid and Commercial Manager, focusing on contract negotiations and bid management. Michael's background also includes team management for the Under 16 Boys Team at England and Great Britain Hockey, and previous positions at Loughborough University and King's Camps and Fitness, emphasizing leadership and operational management skills. Michael holds a PhD in Systems Engineering from the University of Nottingham and an MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from Loughborough University.
