Michael WEBB

Michael Webb is a Software and Aerostructures Project Manager with extensive experience in major aerospace and defense companies, including Airbus and BAE Systems. They graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering, laying the foundation for a successful career in software development and project management. Michael has led significant projects such as the A350 new product development, focusing on integrating complex projects and managing substantial budgets while championing inclusion and diversity initiatives. As a co-chair of an employee network, they actively promote diversity within the workplace and have contributed to campaigns with the Royal Academy of Engineering. Most recently, Michael has taken on roles at MBDA, overseeing software projects and strategy.
