Nathan Poole is a highly experienced Senior Principal Engineer in Digital Engineering at MBDA since January 2023. Previously, Nathan served as the Product Owner for Digital Engineering at QinetiQ, where responsibilities included leading digital engineering transformation in the air and space domain using Agile methodologies. Prior to that role, Nathan was the Lead Engineer for the Training & Simulation Systems Programme at the UK Ministry of Defence, managing technical teams for military training systems. Nathan's extensive experience includes leading engineering teams at SC Group-Global and managing simulator applications at Development, Engineering & Enterprise Ltd. With a strong background in mechanical design from roles at notable automotive and motorsport companies, Nathan holds a BEng in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
