Olivier Benoit

Olivier Benoit is a seasoned engineering professional with over two decades of experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Engineer for ground combat systems at MBDA, Olivier Benoit is responsible for program management, production, enhancements, and sales support of missile systems. Previous roles include leading weapon system proposal management for ground-based air defense (GBAD) export customers and overseeing the qualification, production, and operational readiness of missile systems. Prior to MBDA, Olivier Benoit worked at Aerospatiale, managing projects related to supersonic missile testing facilities and conducting propulsion studies. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education program from HEC Paris and an Engineering degree in Aeronautics, Thermal, and Energy from ENSMA, complemented by ongoing studies at the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN).
