Pascal Lagarde has extensive experience in project management and engineering in the offshore and oil and gas industries. From June 2018 to March 2021, Pascal served as Chef de projets at Sulzer, overseeing maintenance contracts for FPSO production pumps and managing international site interventions. Prior roles include Ingénieur confirmé at Saipem, where responsibilities encompassed operational management of offshore installation vessels, and Volontaire officier aspirant during a tenure with Marine Nationale, focusing on navigation responsibilities aboard a frigate. Pascal also gained foundational experience through internships at BAUDIN CHATEAUNEUF and Mace Group. Pascal is currently a Customer Support Engineer at MBDA and holds a degree in engineering from Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics.
