Paul Marston

Paul Marston has extensive experience in communications, particularly in internal communications and public relations. At MBDA, from February 2018 to June 2023, Paul served as Communications Manager, responsible for the development of UK Internal Communications Strategy and Group Engineering Communications Strategy, and currently leads the UK Internal Communications team as Internal Communications Manager. Previous roles include Senior Communications Officer at MBDA, Media Officer at IOSH where Paul was a finalist for the CIPR PRiDE Awards, Corporate Affairs Executive at Roche, and Media and PR Officer at The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Paul also held positions at West Midlands Fire Service and Trident Midland Newspapers, contributing significantly to media relations and community engagement initiatives. Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Media Studies from De Montfort University, a Postgraduate Diploma from Birmingham City University, and a CIPR Internal Communications Specialist Diploma from Cambridge Marketing College.
