Paul Tedaldi is currently the LPS Concept Phase Systems Lead at MBDA, where they have been since 2013. Previously, Paul held the position of Senior Systems Engineer at BAE Systems from 2007 to 2013, where they led engineering efforts on next-generation stealth unmanned combat air systems. Paul earned a First Class Honours degree in Aerospace Engineering from Southampton University in 2004.
