Philip Rippin is a Principal Human Factors Engineer at MBDA since July 2018 and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors. They previously served as a Senior Human Factors Engineer at Mott MacDonald from 2012 to 2018, contributing to major rail projects and integrating Human Factors into design processes. Philip began their career with roles in ergonomics and as a gym assistant, and they hold a BSc (Hons) in Ergonomics and an MSc in Human Factors in Transport from Loughborough University.
