Philippe Minoc

Philippe Minoc is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management across various semiconductor and electronic systems industries. Currently serving as a Component Engineer at MBDA since November 2023, Philippe has also held significant roles at 3D PLUS as EEE Parts Manager, focusing on the selection and qualification of COTS components for space electronic systems, and as Quality & Project Manager overseeing quality activities in military and space environments. Prior experience includes serving as ASIC Project Manager at IDT, leading the lifecycle of ASIC product development, and Product Quality Manager at NXP Semiconductors, where responsibilities included ensuring product quality and managing customer relations. Philippe's earlier career involved leading teams and managing engineering activities at Philips Semiconducteur and STMicroelectronics, contributing to various mixed-signal product development efforts. Philippe Minoc holds an engineer's degree from Grenoble INP - Phelma and a Master of Business Administration from IAE Caen.
