Reece Bell

Reece Bell has a diverse professional background in engineering and management. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer at MBDA since March 2023, Reece previously held the same position at the company from September 2019 to July 2020. Additional experience includes working as an IT Manager at I-Smalls Ltd for three months in early 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a small IT team and developing a comprehensive data pipeline for e-commerce. Reece's career also features service as a Troop Commander in the British Army since September 2018 and a role as a self-employed Webpage Consultant and Administrator from September 2016 to September 2017. An accomplished academic, Reece graduated with first class honours from the University of Bath in 2022 with a Masters of Engineering in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, during which time involvement as Project Manager for the Bath rocket team further showcased leadership skills while managing a team of peers.
