Reece Blunt is currently the EW Domain Lead at MBDA, specializing in Electromagnetic Warfare for the SPEAR-EW project. They previously held the role of Principal Systems Engineer at MBDA and served as a Senior Systems Engineer. Reece began their career at BAE Systems as a T26 Performance Modelling and Assessment Engineer and completed an apprenticeship as a Combat Systems Engineer. They hold an HND in Computing and Systems Development and achieved A-Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and P.E.
