Rob Green

Rob Green is currently the Head of Product Assurance at MBDA, where they shape quality strategies and lead quality assurance initiatives in complex aerospace and defense environments. Previously, Rob held roles including UK Product Assurance Manager for missile systems and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at UTC Aerospace Systems. With a strong focus on developing robust quality assurance processes, Rob's career highlights include achieving zero audit findings in first-time certifications and mentoring professionals into leadership roles. Outside of their work in quality assurance, Rob serves as a Talent ID scout for QPR FC, where they identify grassroots and academy talent. Rob is studying at the University of Derby.
