Ross Freeman currently serves as Head of Finance for the UK Portfolio at MBDA, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Ross was the Senior Commercial Finance Manager at LGC Biosearch Technologies from June 2019 to December 2023, managing Commercial FP&A for a division generating approximately £250 million in revenue. Previous experience includes a managerial role in Deloitte UK's Health Technology team (October 2014 - June 2019) and serving as an Auditor at the UK National Audit Office (September 2011 - October 2014), where Ross led audits for various clients, including large government departments. Ross began a career in finance as a Graduate Trainee Accountant at Kent County Council (September 2009 - July 2011) and holds a Master's degree in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of East Anglia.
