Sarah Christopherson, Assoc CIPD, has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as a Programme Manager for Bolton Site Investment at MBDA since January 2020. Prior roles at BAE Systems include HR Business Partner for US Programmes and Central Projects, along with various HR Associate positions. Sarah's career began at the National Crime Agency as a BIA Research Assistant. Education includes a BSc Hons in Psychology from Loughborough University and a PgDip in Human Resources Development from the University of Central Lancashire.
