Sarah Murphy is currently an HR Business Partner at MBDA, drawing on over 20 years of HR experience. Sarah began their career in HR at Crown Paints, where they progressed from graduate trainee to HR Manager, and earlier gained valuable experience at Runshaw College as a Recruitment & Placement Officer and Training Coordinator.
