Simon G. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and military operations. Currently serving as the Business Development and Air Dominance Mission Lead at MBDA since February 2023, Simon previously held significant roles at Inzpire Ltd from May 2017 to February 2023, including Director of Business Development and Marketing and Regional Business Development Manager for the Middle East and North Africa. Prior to that, Simon was involved in combat air and weapons capability at the RAF Air Warfare Centre from August 2015 to April 2017 and held various leadership positions within the Royal Air Force, including Officer Commanding the Air Warfare School and Chief of Staff Operations with the 83 Expeditionary Air Group. Simon's military background includes serving as a Wing Commander focusing on air launched weapons, ISR, and electronic warfare, along with an education that includes an MBA from Lincoln International Business School at the University of Lincoln.
