Simon Hall

Simon Hall is a Senior Design Engineer and Early Careers Technical Coordinator at MBDA Missile Systems, where they currently oversee the development and success of approximately 20 graduates, apprentices, and summer placements. Previously, Simon worked as a Systems Integration & Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin, handling the engineering lifecycle of platform upgrades for the Warrior AFV capability. They also held the position of Network Engineer at Marshall Aerospace from 2004 to 2018, leading networking efforts within the Aerospace Group. Simon is committed to disrupting the defense industry for the better.
