Stéphane JOSSE

Stéphane Josse is currently the Department Head of Mechanical Future Concepts and Technologies at MBDA, overseeing a Franco-British team of approximately 140 people responsible for mechanical developments on future projects. Stéphane's expertise includes risk reduction, technology maturation, and product life cycle management, with additional responsibilities in implementing PLM and digital design tools. Prior to this role, Stéphane held various positions at MBDA, including Mechanical Future Concepts Project Lead and Head of the Mechanical Design Office. Stéphane also served as Head of the Materials and Metrology Laboratory at GKN Automotive and is pursuing a degree in Materials Science from Polytech Orléans.
