Toby Box

Toby Box currently serves as Chief of Staff Poland and Group Lead for both Multi-Domain and Power Electronics and Firing Units at MBDA since April 2022. With extensive experience in the Royal Air Force (RAF) from November 1996 to April 2022, Toby held several key positions including Resources Manager, responsible for infrastructure and equipment management, and various roles in training management, overseeing critical training delivery and operational personnel readiness. Leadership capabilities were demonstrated as Team Leader, managing a team of 35 personnel in diverse conditions and during high-tempo deployments, while also ensuring compliance with standards and welfare monitoring across multiple teams.
