Tom Blenkarn

Tom Blenkarn is a Principal Engineer at MBDA since September 2018, with experience in multiple engineering roles, including Senior Inertial Engineer and Senior Electronic Engineer. Responsibilities include managing compliance across various engineering teams, overseeing system integration, and transitioning designs into production. Prior experience includes a summer internship at Atkins focusing on control and automation projects, an Electronic Engineering internship at Barnbrook Systems Ltd designing a motorized gimbal, and work experience at Parvalux and Hampshire County Council. Tom holds a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Exeter and has developed a strong foundation in engineering principles and project management throughout his career.
