Tom Tizard

Tom Tizard is currently the General Manager for Australia at MBDA and serves as a Board Director at the Defence Teaming Centre. Prior to these roles, Tom held significant positions at BAE Systems Australia, including Head of Industry Development, where responsibilities included developing a national industrial ecosystem to support the Australian Defence Force, and Campaign Manager, leading successful competitive campaigns. Tom's earlier experience includes roles such as Director of Industrial Cooperation at BAE Systems, focusing on global offset and industrial cooperation programmes, and Capture Manager at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, securing substantial business in cyber security. Tom's educational background includes participation in the New Leader Programme at Harvard Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Business & Management from Aston University.
