Axel Reiser is currently the Chief Engineer of Laser Solutions at MBDA Germany GmbH and has been serving as a Principal Systems Engineer since 2023. Previously, they were a Lead Development Engineer for Ultrashort Laser Systems at Novanta Inc. from 2018 to 2023, and worked as an Entwicklungsingenieur in laser technology at Rofin Sinar Laser from 2004 to 2018. Axel earned a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) degree in Optoelektronik from Fachhochschule Aalen from 1997 to 2003.
