Karla Kuss currently serves as the Head of Government Affairs and EU & NATO at MBDA Deutschland since January 2022, following a role as Head of EU & NATO Affairs. Prior experience includes positions as a Policy Analyst at the Bundesverband der Deutschen Sicherheits- und Verteidigungsindustrie and as an Analyst for Franco-German Affairs at Nexter. Karla has also worked with GICAT in various capacities related to defence and armaments. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Quadriga University of Applied Sciences and multiple degrees in International and European Governance and Strategy from Sciences Po Lille and the University of Münster.
